Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) is one of the most devastating sports and ancient Martial Arts in the world. Muay Thai is also known as the Art & Science of Eight Limbs and unlike other Martial Arts uses both fist (hands), Elbows, Knees and Legs, to attack and defend.

All classes start with an aerobic warm up, which includes basic exercises such as press ups, sit ups, squats, and lunges etc. A very important aspect of our warm up and training includes stretching, body conditioning, and developing coordination.

Muay Thai Boxing is very effective for developing confidence, discipline, helping with weight loss, bullying, and for mastering a traditional form of self defence (for all round defence against close, medium and long range attacks).

 Grading is extremely beneficial as you will learn more traditional and cultural aspects of the sports.  Knowlegde such as the History of the sport, Muay thai terminology, ancient Muay Boran techniques and Self Defence.
